Becca Jordan- Photographer/ Co-Founder, The Roan
Becca is a lifestyle photographer in Northeast Tennessee who specializes in Milestone Photography (Weddings, Engagement, Maternity and Newborn). Over the past 10 years, she has had the honor of capturing the special moments in her clients lives. Becca has been nominated for various photography awards including Times-News Readers Choice- Best Photographer (5 years in a row), Johnson City Press Readers Choice- Best Wedding Photographer (three years) and was the JC Press Readers Choice- Best Wedding Photographer Runner-Up in 2021.
Becca's mission is simple; to provide her clients with the most enjoyable experience and timeless photographs they will treasure for a lifetime. When she is not behind the camera, she is with her beautiful family. Jeff, her husband, and Becca have been blessed with three boys- Zeke, Tate and angel baby- Elias. Becca enjoys being creative, thrift shopping. coffee and everything Fall. She loves living in the mountains of East Tennessee and is grateful to call it home.

Cindy Norris is the creative force and visionary heart behind The Roan. With a lifelong love of art, design, and meaningful collaboration, Cindy brings a unique blend of warmth, innovation, and experience to the space. Whether thrifting for the perfect vintage piece or refining the lighting temperature on a freshly painted wall, she finds joy in every detail of the creative process.
Cindy’s creative pursuits have always been rooted in curiosity and care. Professionally, Cindy holds an Educational Specialist degree and has spent over two decades as a distinguished educator, curriculum developer, and program leader in health sciences and higher education. Her work in education has not only shaped students' futures—it’s taught her the power of intention, hard work, and vision.
At The Roan, Cindy’s heart for people and her eye for beauty have found new expression. She played a key role in transforming the former beauty salon into a serene, inspiring studio. Through The Roan, Cindy continues to step out of her comfort zone and embrace new creative challenges, proving that it’s never too late to dream big, build something meaningful, and inspire others to do the same.
